How do I book a unit at the Telemark Northwoods Lodging?

Can I book a unit during an event?

We have blocked the on-line reservations service for the our major events (The Birkie, Fat Bike Birkie, Chequamegon, Birkie Tour, etc.) to control the best accommodations for the guests’ needs.

If you are looking for accommodations during those periods of time, contact us at the Telemark Condos reservation desk.

We have new check in/check out location for Christiana Villas and Telemark Pointe Condominiums. Our new administrative office is located in 1607 of the Christiana Villas. Upon arrival at Mount Telemark, follow the signs and turn left to drive past the tennis courts to Nordmor Road. Follow the gravel Nordmor Road for approximately one third mile up the hill into the Christiana Villa condominium area. The administration office is located in 1607, on the lower left end of the 1600 building.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, we need a 7 day notice. Bookings during Special Events may need longer. Please contact us to cancel your reservation.

Do you allow pets at telemark Northwoods Lodging?

Yes, dogs only. The entire 1700 A, B, C, building is pet friendly, along with 201P at Telemark Pointe.

Christiana Villas: There is a dog fee for the 1 bedroom accommodations of $50.00 for the week plus tax or $35.00 plus tax for max of 3 nights. For the 2 bedroom units it is $75.00 for the week plus tax or $50.00 plus tax for max of 3 nights.

Telemark Pointe: There is 1 unit at Telemark Pointe that is designated dog friendly. Telemark Pointe is $50.00 for three days or less and $75.00 for four days or more.

Proof of current immunizations required.

You must call us in the office to check availability and go over Pet Policy and requirements.
